NorthGlass has successfully delivered a fully automated smart manufacturing line for a key client in Vietnam, enabling high-precision, high-volume production that meets the demanding standards of global home furnishing brands, including IKEA.

Operating 300 days a year for 10 hours per day, the smart factory runs on a tightly synchronized production rhythm. The integrated line includes automated warehousing, CNC cutting, edge grinding, and high-performance washing—each process engineered to operate with seamless coordination and long-term stability.
